Hello and welcome to third grade! I have been teaching since 2016 and am so excited for another year of third grade. One of my favorite things to explore with third graders is fractions.

I was born and raised in Northern Wisconsin, and have been living in Washington since 2013. Most of my family still lives in the Midwest, but they love coming out to WA to visit.

I love any excuse to be outside. Biking, kayaking, hiking and camping are some of my favorite things to do. Some favorite adventures have been biking from Washington to eastern Montana and a two week kayaking trip in remote areas of Alaska. When I'm not going places, I really enjoy spending time in the garden and cooking up delicious meals at home.

I am really looking forward to this year and am thrilled to be your child's third-grade teacher.
